Optimizing Vaccine Distribution Using Sine Cosine Algorithm with Mutation

Vaccination is the best approach in curbing spread of a pandemic. However, during pandemic one challenge limited number vaccine due to manufacturing capacity and high demand. Therefore, optimal distribution needed ensure maximum effectiveness decreasing total infections population. In this paper, optimized using sine cosine algorithm improved with mutation (SCAmut). The SEIR model H1N1 2009 used as case problem here. SCAmut deployment studied two factors, which are coverage percentage releasing time. algorithm's result compared three traditional methods original SCA without mutation. findings suggested that proposed able provide more effective vaccination distributions better than also SCA.
